ECH 5324 - Automatic Process Control II Credit(s): 3 The course covers the root locus and frequency response methods to study stability of control loops. The techniques of ratio, cascade, feed forward, selective, override, and multi-variable control techniques are discussed in detail and shown how to utilize to design control systems, z-transforms and discrete controllers including PID, Dahlin and deadline compensation.
