PHC 6182 Human Resource Management in Healthcare

The course provides a foundation of knowledge and skills needed for effective management in complex health services organizations, including strategic human resources management, functional areas within human resources, safety and well-being of employees, labor relations, as well as the analytical methods and legal issues related to human resources.
