EDE 4942 - Childhood Education Internship Level 2 Credit(s): 3 This intensive, inquiry-driven internship experience is designed to complement foundational course work expected in the Undergraduate Elementary Program, allow the Undergraduate Teacher Candidates to make critical course-to-field connections and develop proficiency in demonstrating the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (see chart at end of syllabus). You will spend one day per week in a supervised internship experience in classroom settings in a public elementary school to further your understanding of the teaching and learning process. The classroom experiences are supplemented by a weekly seminar meeting in which relevant topics are discussed.
Prerequisite(s): EDE 4941 , RED 4310 , EDF 3122 , LAE 4314 , EDE 4301 , MAE 4310 , SCE 4310 , LAE 3414 , SSE 4313 , EME 2040 .
