ARC 2303 - Architectural Design Three Credit(s): 6 First in two-semester Design Fundamentals/Design Graphics course sequence focusing on design abstraction and analysis of the factors influencing conceptual design. Emphasis is placed on ordering principles, pattern recognition and utilization, and figure-ground relationships. Development of craftsmanship, drawing as a means to design, and perceptual acuity are stressed.
