This course explores accounting leadership and its vital role in organizational success by integrating key functions like budgeting, strategic planning, and cash management with other business areas. Students will assess internal controls, financial reporting, and project management while evaluating modern accounting technologies and contrasting practices in for-profit and nonprofit settings.
