EEL 4420 - RF & Microwave Measurements Credit(s): 2-3 This course introduces students to the theory and applications of modern radio frequency and microwave measurements. Topics to be included are network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, noise, power, and non-linear distortion measurements. Modern trends also treated are the use of on-wafer measurements for transistor characterization and the evaluation of monolithic microwave integrated circuits.
