This is an interdisciplinary entrepreneurship minor available to all USF undergraduate majors (except Business and Industrial Engineering – these students should take the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor for Business and Industrial Minor). This minor provides a focus on successful opportunity recognition; encourages application of creativity and innovation; and, develops leadership skills for new venture creation and organizational growth. The Minor teaches valuable, real-world skills that will complement any major – whether students would like to increase their entrepreneurial business skills, pursue their own business ideas, or learn ways to bring innovation and entrepreneurial leadership into existing positions and businesses.
For Non-Business and Non-Industrial Engineering majors only. The minor requires a total of 12 credit hours.
