Hospitality Management Minor

TOTAL MINOR HOURS: 12

This minor is a result of the growing enrollment and interest in Hospitality Management on all three campuses. It is modeled after the 12-credit Muma College of Business Management Minor. There will be three core classes and an elective class for the students to select from. The three core classes will provide a solid foundation to the hospitality management curriculum and the student will have an opportunity to elect the last course of their choice.
