Minor Requirements
The Information Technology minor covers key topics in the discipline and is a 21 credit hour program that is expected to be attractive to students in the College of Engineering and to students in Mathematics and the Sciences (including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) who have no background in software development. Minor Core (15 Credit Hours)
Minor Electives (6 Credit Hours)
Two Technical electives of student’s choice for which prerequisites have been met. See the Information Technology degree program for a list of electives. Other Requirements
Students must register with the Bellini College Undergraduate Advisor prior to starting this minor program. Consultation with the Undergraduate Advisor will ensure that students are informed of all offered courses. All catalog prerequisites and registration requirements must be met for enrollment in any of the courses taken for the minor. All students desiring to pursue the minor must meet the same prerequisites, entry, and continuation requirements as a Bellini College major. Note: Discrete Mathematics (MAD 2104 or equivalent) is required as a prerequisite for COP 3515 - Advanced Program Design . GPA Requirements
