GEY 3625 - Sociological Aspects of Aging Credit(s): 3 Consideration of human aging in a broad sociocultural context. Course emphasis will be on historical, philosophical, and demographic aspects of aging, theories of social gerontology, attitudes toward aging and the aged, and cross-cultural perspective.
