APK 4136 - Exercise Prescription

This course will concentrate on cognitive reasoning for selection of exercise tests and appropriate exercise prescription as a result of data interpretation.  These tests will encompass the following: aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, flexibility as well as other parameters of physical fitness.

Prerequisite(s): APK 3120  (min grade C)
