NUR 3225 - Complex Health Nursing I

This course focuses on using person-centered care principles to cultivate clinical judgment and provide evidence-based nursing care to achieve improved health outcomes and quality of life in adults with complex chronic illnesses. The Chronic Care Model (CCM), multidisciplinary care, and current therapeutic modalities and chronic disease management for selected conditions are explored. 

Prerequisite(s): NUR 3026  (min grade C) AND NUR 3026L  (min grade S)
