Directed Reading in Biomechanics and Ergonomics, neuroscience, psychology, and physiology in Music Performance guides the student to the cross-disciplinary field materials exploring neurological and psychophysiological knowledge in playing their specific instrument or voice.
This proposal is requested to change the course title from Directed Reading in Biomechanics and Ergonomics in Music Performance to Directed REading in Music Performance Medicine.
Rationale: To expand the field of reading from biomechanics and ergonomics to neuroscience, psychology, and physiology.
