The Real Estate Minor for Non-Business Majors provides an opportunity for non-business students to gain additional knowledge and analytical skills in professional real estate. These knowledge and skills are certain to help students broaden their career path opportunities.

Minor Requirements
The real estate minor for non-business students is available to all USF undergraduate students, except those in the Muma College of Business. Total Minor Credit Hours: 15
Minor Core Courses: 4 courses; 12 credit hours
Minor Elective Courses: 1 courses; 3 credit hours
Select 1 course (3 credit hours) from the following list:
GPA Requirements
A GPA of 2.0 or higher must be achieved in all minor coursework. All attempts will be included in the GPA unless grade forgiveness has been used.
Grading Requirements
A grade of C or better must be earned in each of the required Finance courses counted for the minor.
Other Information - Muma College of Business
When earning a second degree, double major or concurrent degree, the Major Core and Major Elective/Concentration areas of the degree audit must not overlap for both degrees. When earning a Business Minor AND Business Major, no courses may overlap.
