An in-depth examination of local economic development strategies and policies, the course explores the theories, practices, and challenges associated with promoting economic growth and development at the local level. Students will analyze various approaches to fostering entrepreneurship, attracting investments, supporting small businesses, and revitalizing distressed areas.Â
