EEE 6365 Advanced Electronic Devices

Credit Hours: 2

This course focuses on advanced electronic devices that are made from silicon and other semiconductors. The objectives are to learn the device structures and understand their mechanism of operations. Also, the theories related to each device will be covered in the course.
