CPO 6036 Politics of Development

This seminar introduces students to the principal issues, themes, and problems that have commanded the attention of scholars in development studies. It covers the history of development as a field of scholarly inquiry and analyzes a variety of approaches to the social, political, economic, and cultural phenomena involved in processes of development.
