OCE 6608 Applied Statistical Analysis Credit Hours: 3
The course covers core concepts in statistical analyses with examples drawn from biological and ecological datasets. The focus is on distribution-free methods of correlation, linear regression, and factorial analysis of variance and covariance. Students are exposed to computational methods and gain coding experience using the R programming language and RStudio integrated development environment.
