INP 6317 Organizational Psychology

Credit Hours: 3

Provides an overview organizational psychology (OP), covering key concepts, theories, and substantive issues – macro (organization), meso (group/team), and micro (individual) – relevant to understanding organizations as complex, multilevel dynamic systems. Seminar is theory and research oriented, with an emphasis on developing an integrative perspective for studying substantive phenomena in OP.
