URP 6716 Transportation and the Built Environment

This course offers an overview of transportation planning interactions with the built environment in the U.S. and, where relevant, international contexts. Students will learn about the planning theories, methods, and tools, integrating theory, policy, and practice. Case studies will illustrate specific urban planning policies and emerging initiatives in various settings.
