URP 6126 Zoning and the Development Process Credit Hours: 3
Introduces regulation of land through zoning. Looks at site analysis from the public regulatory and real estate development perspective, considering legal, financial, social, political, and design issues. Students will think critically about best practices and implications of different land use regulatory strategies and consider the interests of diverse stakeholders in the development process.
