EIN 6458 Applied Lean Six Sigma
Credit Hours: 3
This course includes an applied project, and offers further exposure to the lean philosophy, as seen at Toyota and other companies; as well as six sigma, as made famous by General Electric and Motorola. The course involves reading and discussion complemented with practical hands-on experiences including a final group project where students will apply concepts learned to a real business process.
