MDE 8124 Family Medicine Inpatient Experience Elective

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the breath of FM care by allowing them to work with family physicians in the inpatient setting. Emphasis will be on the patient as a person, and the application of knowledge of the effects of disease, lifestyle, family setting, and personality on the development and management of the patient’s problems.
