MDE 8773 Emergency Medicine Ultrasound

The use of Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) has become a vital component in the care of the critically ill and injured. It not only improves care by lending early diagnosis but, it improves the safety of invasive procedures. During your rotation you will be exposed to a wide variety of teaching techniques, patient body types, and pathology.
