INP 6087 Organizational Career Development

Credit Hours: 3

Examines individual and organizational career-related issues across the lifespan. Topics include career stages, mentoring relationships, career success, and the meaningfulness of work. Emphasizes awareness of research across disciplines and connections to other areas of I-O psychology (e.g., training and development, coaching, assessment).
